Job Summary: An architecture firm is seeking a Technical Architect to provide technical support to the drafting team, advise on construction systems, and develop technical documentation. Development of technical documentation An architecture firm in Esplugues de Llobregat requires a TECHNICAL ARCHITECT. A degree in Technical Architecture or equivalent is mandatory. Experience in preparing budgets and measurements is required. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required. Knowledge of Microsoft Project and Presto is desirable. Minimum recognized disability of 33% or higher. Permanent contract. Full-time schedule from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (1-hour lunch break). Annual gross salary: €27,000. Technical support to the project drafting team from the outset, advising on construction systems and materials, and developing project technical documentation, including economic valuations, safety studies, quality control programs, and waste management studies. * 6 months of experience.
