Applications from the underrepresented gender will be given preference. **Profile:** Diploma and/or Bachelor's Degree in Social Education and/or official qualification. Proficiency in both intellectual and manual strategies relevant to the role. Ability to model behavior for minors by serving as a behavioral example. Possession of a certificate confirming absence of sexual offenses. Strong motivation for educational work with minors. High capacity for learning. Persuasive and influential. **Conditions** Rotating shifts: Morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts. Immediate incorporation. Personal vehicle is mandatory.
