Description
We are seeking personnel for the vegetable harvesting and processing campaign in Chipiona. Tasks include cutting and collecting produce in the field, cleaning and sorting it, and then packaging and preparing orders for distribution. Visual quality control is also performed to detect defects. Work is carried out in teams, with rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday, mainly in the afternoon, although morning shifts may be scheduled depending on workload. The standard working day is six and a half hours, with the possibility of overtime up to eight hours per day.
The contract is temporary, lasting approximately three months, with immediate start. Prior experience in local agricultural fields is valued, as is willingness to work in a team. Having one's own vehicle for commuting to the workplace is essential; however, a moped may be considered if residing nearby. No specific academic qualifications are required—only a positive attitude and commitment to assigned tasks.
Prior experience with local vegetable companies such as Frusana or similar enterprises will be considered favorably. It is mandatory to have one's own vehicle (car) for commuting, although a motorcycle may be accepted if residence is very close. A proactive attitude, teamwork skills, and flexibility regarding rotating shifts and extended working hours are required.
