At Somos Hijolusa, we are looking for a highly energetic and motivated **Field Technician** to join our project at **Agricola Villena**. **Where will you be based?** Your operational base will be the wonderful area of **Sevilla\-Jerez (Andalusia)**. Get ready to enjoy the finest products from the land! **What will you do with us?** ‍‍ You will be the key player ensuring our horticultural and fruit farms excel. Your main responsibilities will include: * Acting as the guardian of crop quality by visiting farms and agricultural holdings across Spain. * Closely monitoring **production**, ensuring full compliance with the highest standards. * Supporting our farmers, becoming their right-hand person and a fundamental pillar in their daily operations. * Maintaining smooth and constant communication—you are the crucial link between the field and us! * Actively seeking new suppliers, expanding our network, and securing the best **raw materials**. * Get ready to **travel**!
