Lead and manage the photo and video capture and distribution service at one of our centers (a water park)
**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:**
* Experience in team management (recruitment \- training \- supervision)
* Prior experience as a store manager or in similar roles
* Strong leadership, communication, and accountability skills
* Fluent English (will be tested during the selection process)
* Ability to work towards objectives
**What will be your main responsibilities?**
* Recruit and manage your own team of photographers and sales assistants
* Direct liaison with park management
* Coordinate team activities, training sessions, schedules, etc.
* Establish KPIs for team performance and improvement
* Resolve customer issues and technical problems related to our equipment
* Handle purchasing, ordering, and replenishment of consumables
* Supervise and optimize operational efficiency of the activity
* Cash reconciliation and cash control
* Collaborate on visual merchandising initiatives and improvements

Position Type: Fixed-term intermittent contract
Contract Duration: 4 months
Salary: €1,300.00\-€1,600.00 per month
