Ongoing training, with special emphasis on improving language proficiency. **Description:** ---------------- We are offering a **Waiter/Waitress Assistant** position for our upcoming opening of the **Amàre Sancti Petri hotel in Chiclana de la Frontera, Cádiz**. Continuous training: we invest in and promote your talent, with special focus on improving your language skills. **Your typical day will sound like this…** Support and supervision: Greet, accompany, advise, and bid farewell to customers. Assist in preparing work areas for service. Assist in setting up tables for service according to Fuerte Group’s manuals and protocols for each case, verifying that all items meet required standards. Assist in assembling and dismantling buffet setups, as well as serving at buffets. Assist in preparing and setting up special events, coordinating with the responsible person. Execution and follow-up: Carry out customer service duties across various outlets. Take customer orders and deliver requested items. Process billing and collect payments from customers. Assist in storing received products/materials and restocking them. Control and quality: Monitor and inspect materials required to properly perform job functions. Review and verify that deliveries received at outlets match delivery notes and original purchase orders. Conduct stock availability checks. Comply with organizational standards regarding quality, safety and health, environmental protection, and data privacy. Strategic participation: Ensure achievement of departmental objectives. **Requirements:** --------------- **You are ideal for this role if…** Vocational Training / Intermediate or Higher Degree in Food and Beverage Services. Minimum 1 year’s experience as a Waiter/Waitress Assistant in a 4\*-star (or higher) hotel. English and French, Level A1\. Microsoft Office, Intermediate level.
