




Job Summary: Provide support to the Logistics and Customer Service Department, ensuring service delivery through order and incident tracking and management. Key Highlights: 1. Valuable logistics experience and Excel proficiency. **Temporary contract** **Mission**: Support the Logistics and Customer Service Department to ensure service delivery. ### **Responsibilities**: * Order tracking and reporting for customers. * Management of incomplete orders and certain holdbacks. * Order-related KPIs. * Tracking and management of logistics penalties. * Requesting signed delivery notes. * Managing generic Salesforce queues. * Monitoring transmissions with OLs and managing incidents. * Job Requirements ### **Knowledge**: * **Education**: Vocational Training Program (Intermediate or Advanced Level) * **Others**: + Logistics (international order cycle, international transportation, logistics operators) + Familiarity with SAP (considered a plus). + Customer service (handling complaints, customer communication) ### **Required Experience**: * **Experience**: Valuable logistics experience. * **Office software experience**: Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency.
