Its setting features a privileged natural location adjacent to an extensive stretch of fine sandy beach, with views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Castle of Sancti Petri. **Mission:** The Pool Concierge, as an expert in pool-area experiences, is responsible for attending to and managing guest requests, delivering personalized and exclusive service to ensure a unique experience aligned with brand standards. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Implement the pool-area experience strategy by offering personalized services and attentions according to guest preferences. * Efficiently manage guest requests in the pool area, applying upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize additional revenue. * Ensure excellence in the guest experience by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations during their stay in the area. * Address and manage guest incidents or requests, following established protocols. * Ensure compliance with departmental standards, attributes, and procedures. * Use customer experience management tools correctly, understanding and contributing to improved satisfaction results. * Guarantee implementation of the Sensory Architecture in the pool area, attending to every environmental detail. * Supervise order, cleanliness, and proper presentation of the pool area at all times. * Manage and control necessary area materials, placing orders in accordance with established guidelines to optimize resources. What are we looking for? * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in similar positions * Strong customer orientation and teamwork skills * Intermediate English proficiency required; fluency in the local language is mandatory.
