Assists in preparing wound care materials and accompanies residents on outings. We are seeking personnel for the nursing assistant position in El Puerto de Santa María. Duties include providing personal hygiene care to residents, maintaining their utensils, making beds and tidying rooms, managing clothing and delivering it to the laundry. The role also involves feeding residents who require assistance, distributing and collecting meals, performing repositioning and hydration, and reporting any health-related incidents concerning residents. Additionally, the role includes assisting in the preparation of wound care materials, accompanying residents on scheduled outings, and collaborating with the professional team to promote residents' autonomy and social integration. Under the supervision of nursing staff, the assistant may perform blood glucose tests and administer insulin or heparin subcutaneously. Absolute confidentiality regarding users' pathological conditions must be maintained. Discretion, teamwork, and the ability to follow the center's guidelines are required. The contract is temporary and part-time.
