Joining a company with 25 years of experience and ongoing growth At Plagacon, we seek **qualified technical personnel**, with proven experience in **pest control**, and especially in **wood treatments, termites, and xylophagous organisms**. We seek professionals who are responsible, rigorous, and committed to service quality and health safety. **Main Responsibilities** * **On-site technical inspections** in residential buildings, communities, commercial premises, industrial facilities, and other installations. * **Professional diagnosis** of pest infestations, with special attention to wood pathologies (termites, woodworm). * **Application of treatments** for insect control, rodent control, disinfection, and **specific wood treatments** (injection, chemical barriers, baits, gels, etc.). * **Execution of termite treatments**, including monitoring systems, baiting, and technical follow-up. * **Legionella treatments** * **Sample collection**, parameter monitoring, and record-keeping. * **Completion of work reports**, recording of products used, and preparation of technical reports for clients and the company. * **Basic equipment maintenance**, material management, and coordination with technical and office teams. * Work always conducted under **internal protocols**, current regulations, and safety criteria. **Mandatory Requirements** * Technical education related to **environmental health**, **pest control**, or **biocides**. * **Certification or authorization for biocide application** (TP2, TP3, TP4 or equivalent per current regulations). * Solid knowledge of **Legionella regulations** and practical experience in treatments. * Knowledge of **environmental health regulations**, safe handling of biocides, and use of PPE. * Prior experience in **wood and termite treatments** (mandatory). * Ability to interact clearly, professionally, and respectfully with clients. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and ability to manage routes and intervention timelines. * Basic proficiency with digital tools (work report apps, email, spreadsheets). * **Valid driver's license (Class B)**. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in environmental health companies. * Specific courses in **xylophagous organisms**, **wood treatments**, **subterranean termites**, **drywood termites**, etc. * Additional training in safety, working at height, confined spaces, or occupational risk prevention. * Knowledge of **structural diagnosis** of wood damage. **What We Offer** * Opportunity to join a company with 25 years of experience and ongoing growth in the environmental health sector. * Continuous training and technical support. * Professional, serious environment focused on service quality. **Job Conditions** * **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, **8:00 to 16:00 \-** During summer, **8:00 to 15:00** **Rotating on-call duties**, as per internal scheduling * Company vehicle for interventions * Company mobile phone * Salary negotiable based on experience and professional merit Work Location: On-site employment
