Participation in Corporate Social Responsibility activities **Job Requirements** **WHAT WILL YOU DO ON A DAILY BASIS?** Delivering technical training courses for the following areas within naval construction planning: * Management. * Auxiliary Services. * Engineering. Preparation Phase: * Collection and preparation of all necessary technical documentation. * Development of the training plan. Delivery Phase: * Conducting classes. * Theoretical and practical sessions. Monitoring student progress throughout the duration of the courses and conducting periodic evaluations. Apply today and be the change you want to see in the world! **Work Experience** **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * University degree (Engineering or equivalent) related to the naval industrial sector. * English certification at B2 level (according to the Common European Framework of Reference). * Experience mentoring specialized training environments: continuous monitoring of student progress, resolving questions, and ability to propose and coordinate corrective actions. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in naval construction within the defense sector.
