Currently, we are expanding our strategy at the **international** level, entering new markets such as Portugal, Romania, Poland, Moldova, Greece, Cyprus, and Costa Rica. **What will your responsibilities be?** \- Supervision of the implementation of new procedures and records. \- Support in establishing a quality culture. \- Management of process and product deviations. \- Monitoring and completion of prerequisite programs of HACCP. \- Monitoring and verification of good handling practices among operators. \- Execution and monitoring of the sampling plan (finished product, handlers, surfaces, environments). \- Conducting and monitoring controls at each stage of the process and product. \- Customer support regarding technical sheets and technical inquiries. \- Creation of technical sheets. **What are the requirements?** · Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, or related fields.
