Positive work environment and dynamic team A growing construction company specializing in residential building is looking to hire a **Facilities Engineer** to serve as **Production Manager** on projects located in Cádiz city. **Main Responsibilities:** * Planning and monitoring the execution of on-site installations (electricity, HVAC, plumbing, sanitation, etc.). * Coordination of subcontractors and suppliers. * Supervision of proper execution in accordance with design specifications and regulations. * Cost control, measurements, and certifications. * Supporting the Site Manager in overall project organization. * Resolving technical issues during execution phase. **Requirements:** * Engineering degree (Industrial, Energy, or related field). * Prior experience on residential construction sites, preferably in installations. * Strong organizational and team management skills. * Knowledge of applicable technical regulations. * Proficiency with computer tools (Excel, AutoCAD, etc.). * Residence in Cádiz or willingness to commute. **We Offer:** * Employment with a growing company offering stable projects in the region. * Opportunities for professional growth and progressive assumption of responsibilities. * Positive work environment and dynamic team. * Competitive compensation package negotiable based on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
