Continuous training: we invest in and foster your talent, with special emphasis on improving your language skills. **Your daily routine will begin to sound like this…** Support and supervision: Ensure achievement of departmental objectives and compliance with critical processes and service execution standards established by the hotel. Review and verify that orders received at point-of-sale locations match delivery notes and original purchase orders. Assist in storing received products and/or materials, as well as restocking them. Execution and follow-up: Carry out customer service duties at various point-of-sale locations according to established protocols for each. Greet, accompany, advise, and bid farewell to customers. Inform and advise customers about the various products offered. Take orders and serve customer requests. Process billing and collect payments from customers. Assist in preparing work areas for service, including electronic devices to be used, and disconnecting them upon completion. Assist in table preparation and setup for service according to Fuerte Group’s manual and protocols applicable in each case, verifying all elements meet required standards. Assist in buffet setup and breakdown, as well as buffet service. Assist in preparing and setting up special events in coordination with the responsible manager. Control and quality: Monitor and inspect materials required to properly perform job functions. Conduct available stock control. Comply with organizational standards regarding quality, safety and health, environment, and data protection. **Requirements:** --------------- **You are ideal for this position if…** Vocational Training Certificate (FP) at Intermediate or Higher Level in Food and Beverage Services, Restaurant Management, or similar. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress Assistant in a 4\* or higher-rated hotel. English: A2 level; German: A1 level. Microsoft Office: Intermediate level.
