Job Summary: Technical architect responsible for managing, analyzing, and resolving matters; preparing technical reports; and supervising files. Key Responsibilities: 1. Public and employee assistance and information regarding their area of competence This position is available in Conil de la Frontera for a qualified technical architect. Main responsibilities include managing, analyzing, and resolving matters within their field of expertise; preparing technical reports; and supervising files. Tasks include drafting projects, construction supervision, conducting valuations, inspections, measurements, and expert assessments across various urban planning and permitting domains. The role also entails occupational health and safety coordination, interacting with diverse entities and professionals to carry out necessary actions. Proficiency in computer and communication tools, as well as file and database management, is required. Public and employee assistance and information regarding matters within the incumbent's area of competence will be provided. A full-time interim contract is offered, with working hours from Monday to Friday mornings, and a monthly salary of 3227 euros.
