




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to control and supervise the Center's needs, coordinate healthcare staff, and ensure the efficiency and quality of healthcare services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Control and supervision of the Center's needs and coordination of staff. 2. Ensure the Center's efficiency and optimization of resources. 3. Be part of an innovative team committed to the customer. **What will you do in the team?** Control and supervision of the Center's needs, as well as coordination of all healthcare staff, in accordance with management guidelines and policies, aiming to deliver high-quality healthcare services to our customers. Lead, coordinate, and motivate Center staff. Organize and coordinate Human Resources, Accounting, Customer Service, Billing, Medical Fee Settlement, Procurement, IT Systems, Cleaning, Maintenance, and other general services within the Center, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures at Sanitas Hospitals. Ensure the Center's efficiency and optimal use of allocated resources. Develop and distribute internal protocols, standards, and procedures to optimize processes. Communicate company objectives to staff. Collaborate in developing and supporting implementation of new procedures and applications. Coordinate healthcare service delivery with hospitals and self-provided centers, as well as with Sanitas Hospitals' staff departments. Prepare the Center's budget and analyze activity trends (revenues and expenses) to implement improvement measures. Ensure compliance with all applicable socio-healthcare regulations issued by the Autonomous Community. Oversee proper functioning of the environmental management system. Participate in implementing the management model. Segregation of hazardous / non-hazardous waste. **What do you need?** We seek professionals highly motivated and passionate about helping others and delivering their best. **Education**: University degree, preferably in finance. **Experience**: Minimum three years of prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare sector. **Languages**: Good command of English is desirable. **Other Skills and Knowledge** Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
