Functions Cloud Platform Programmer Analyst for Contact Center Responsibilities: Responsible for the tasks listed below regarding the Cloud Contact Center (CCC) platform of ICR Evolution within the Intelligent Network of the Public Administration (AGE). Includes: Analysis of requirements and determination of functional and non-functional specifications. Design, development and configuration of solutions and DBR on the aforementioned platform. Code testing and optimization. Technical support to users.
