PROGRAM MANAGEMENT AND MONITORING * Management and support of engineering projects related to defense, including planning, tracking, coordination, and report preparation. * Preparation of documentation and meeting management. * Risk management and proposals for continuous improvement. CHANGE MANAGEMENT * Management and coordination of changes in engineering projects related to defense, including assessment, documentation, and proposal preparation. * Support in scope statements and budgets for improvement proposals and new developments. Apply today and be the difference you want to see in the world! **Work Experience** **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** **** * Knowledge of Naval Military Systems, combat systems, Platform Control, Communications, cybersecurity. * Degree in Industrial Organization Engineering or equivalent pre-Bologna degree / Dual Degree in Telecommunication Technologies Engineering (GITT) + Business Administration / Dual Degree in Industrial Technologies Engineering (GITI) + Business Administration / Other equivalent degrees or pre-Bologna titles in Technology, Engineering, Economics, and Mathematics / Equivalent qualifications prior to the Bologna Plan recognized by the Spanish Ministry of Education. * Experience in Program and/or Project Management in military projects of at least 6 years. * Experience in Program and/or Project Management with revenues exceeding 1,000,000€ in the technological, innovation, naval, or industrial sector of at least 6 years. * Experience in Program and/or Project Management not covered in the two previous points of at least 10 years. * Certification in project management PMP® or equivalent. * Other certifications and/or training in project management. * English Certificate CEFR B2. **REQUIRED/DESIRED IT SYSTEMS & SOFTWARE SKILLS** Dashboard toolsMicrosoft Power BI or equivalentGenerative AI toolMicrosoft Copilot 365 or equivalentProject management toolsSafran, MS Project, Jira, Primavera P6, SAP, or equivalentRisk and reserves management toolsPredict!, Safran Risk Management or equivalent * Effective communication in Spanish and English (CEFR B2) * Organization and order * Time management * Problem solving * Critical thinking * Adaptability to change
