The selected candidate will support supplier management, goods receipt note and invoice handling, order tracking, and stock control, contributing to the smooth operation of the department. ***Responsibilities*** * Management and registration of goods receipt notes. * Processing and tracking of purchase orders. * Coordination and monitoring of deliveries. * Invoice registration. * Inventory control and updating. * Performing administrative tasks specific to the purchasing department. ***Requirements*** * Education in administration, logistics, or related field (preferred). * Prior experience in administrative roles within the purchasing area (essential). * Proficiency in office software, especially Excel and Outlook. * Strong organizational skills, sense of order, and ability to work in a team. * Good communication and negotiation skills. ***We Offer*** * Part-time contract of 25 hours per week. * Salary according to collective agreement. * Job stability and a positive working environment.
