




Job Summary: We are seeking an accounting administrative assistant for a construction company in Banyoles, with experience using SAGE to manage accounting and office tasks. Handling of computer applications and administrative tasks We are looking for a person to handle management and office tasks at a construction company located in Banyoles. The role primarily involves using the SAGE software to maintain up-to-date accounting records, including posting journal entries, reviewing and supervising supplier invoices, and controlling customer billing. Additionally, proficiency in handling various computer applications and performing routine administrative tasks is required. This position is for a full-time contract with a weekly schedule of 40 hours. Work is carried out Monday through Friday on a split shift, starting at 09:00 and ending at 18:00, always including legally mandated breaks for this type of working schedule. * Prior experience in administrative tasks, software applications, and accounting. * We seek a responsible individual who is motivated to work. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is considered an advantage.
