Description
We are seeking an **HR Technician** for our central offices located in Girona, for the **People Management** area.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive HR management of the centers under our administration. More specifically:
* Organize and plan staffing recruitment needs, selection, and process management; carry out internal promotion procedures.
* People management: manage and update work schedules, resolve incidents, address questions and inquiries, and respond to staff requests.
* Provide HR advisory support to personnel managers at work centers.
* Apply and interpret collective labor agreements and labor regulations.
* Support payroll preparation and calculation of variable components.
**Offered:**
**Working hours:** 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
**Schedule:** Monday to Thursday: 8:00–16:45 (30-minute lunch break); Friday: 8:00–15:00. Flexible start and end times between 7:00–9:00 and 15:45–17:45.
**Contract type:** Permanent.
**Salary:** As per collective agreement.

**Education:** Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or graduate degree in Law, Business Administration and Labor Relations, or Psychology with a Master’s in HR.
**Experience:** Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Familiarity with basic labor legislation, collective bargaining agreements, and IRPF management.
**Competency Profile:** We seek a professional accustomed to teamwork, methodical, and possessing strong organizational skills to plan and prioritize tasks.
**Other requirements:**
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management technologies.
* Fluency in Catalan and Spanish.
* Availability to work weekend shifts.
