Salary Annual gross salary range between €21,000–€24,000, depending on candidate’s experience and value Contract Type Stable position in an established company undergoing growth. Description Castañé Group, a family-owned business specializing in the design and manufacturing of custom industrial wooden packaging, located in Besalú (Garrotxa), is looking for a Production Operator to join our workshop team. What is the objective of your role? To ensure the correct assembly and preparation of custom wooden packaging, in accordance with technical specifications and established quality standards, aiming to guarantee efficiency, safety, and order in daily workshop operations. What will be your responsibilities? - Preparation of materials, tools, and components required for production. - Assembly and manufacturing of wooden packaging according to blueprints and production orders. - Use of manual and electric tools for cutting, assembling, and finishing wooden parts. - Quality control of finished products, including verification of dimensions and finishes. - Identification and reporting of production or quality issues. - Maintenance of workplace order, cleanliness, and safety. Publication Date 18/03/2026 Requirements Qualifications Preferred - Experience operating forklift trucks. Requirements Mandatory - Proactive, responsible, and autonomous individual. Ability to learn and adapt to diverse tasks, demonstrating initiative. - Minimum two years’ experience performing tasks similar to those described. - Native-level proficiency in Catalan and/or Spanish. - Valid Class B1 driving license and personal vehicle. - Residence in Garrotxa or nearby area.
