Job Summary: We are seeking a highly adaptable, organized individual accustomed to teamwork, to perform customer service, sales, and administrative and logistics management tasks. Key Highlights: 1. TASKS TO BE PERFORMED • Classification, review, and registration of invoices according to established procedures. • Management and control of delivery notes. • Customer service and handling of complaints. • Supplier management. • Shipment tracking and logistics. * Administration and finance * Catalan (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Spanish (spoken advanced, written advanced) * English (spoken intermediate, written intermediate) * Competencies / Knowledge: • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications. • Intermediate/advanced proficiency in English and/or French. • Marketing and digital communication knowledge will be valued. • Accounting knowledge. * Permanent employment contract * Part-time morning shift (30 hours \- weekly schedule) * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1080' to '1145' * Additional relevant information: Intensive 6-hour morning shift from Monday to Friday.
