If you are passionate about engineering and seek a stimulating and supportive work environment, we would be delighted to welcome you to B-HIVE Engineering. **The Position** ------------ In connection with the installation of a new unit in Spain at the Huelva site, we are seeking an Electrical Supervisor responsible for: * Ensuring compliance with HSE policies; * Supervising and coordinating electrical startup activities, including testing, inspections, and commissioning of equipment; * Developing and implementing startup procedures and test plans according to industry best practices; * Managing interfaces with other disciplines (instrumentation, automation, mechanical) and external stakeholders; * Monitoring and resolving technical issues and non-conformities; * Controlling work quality and compliance with technical specifications; * Participating in operational team training; * Ensuring regular communication and reporting on activity progress. Optimizing startup processes to enhance efficiency. **Required Profile** -------------------- Electrical Engineer or Senior Technician with significant experience supervising industrial facility startups, preferably within the chemical, petrochemical, or energy sectors. In-depth knowledge of applicable standards and regulations in the field of electricity. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure.
