




Position Summary: We are seeking a project manager to oversee electrical installations from planning through to handover, ensuring quality and budget compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end management of electrical installation projects. 2. Construction site control, cost management, and work team coordination. 3. Supervision of equipment and tool effectiveness. We seek an experienced professional to lead electrical installation projects, primarily within the province of Almería. Your role will involve managing the entire project lifecycle—from initial planning to final delivery—ensuring all work is performed correctly, on schedule, and within budget. You will be responsible for organizing all required materials and services, including procurement, subcontractor hiring, logistics tracking, and storage management. You will also monitor expenditures and overall operations, ensuring allocated funds are used appropriately and identifying optimal economic solutions for successful project execution. Additionally, you must closely monitor team performance and supervise both personnel and tools to ensure effective and efficient operation. It is essential to keep your supervisor informed on project progress and actively participate in meetings. Temporary contract, full-time position. University degree in Industrial Technical Engineering, specialization in Electricity, or equivalent qualification. Minimum of 2 years’ verifiable experience in similar Site Manager roles for electrical installations. Solid experience in construction site control and work team management. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft 365\ tools. Knowledge of renewable energy systems, tendering software, BIM/Revit methodology, and Presto will be considered advantageous.
