Modern offices at PITA with a gym and nursery. **Description:** ---------------- At JCARRION, we need to hire **a Financial Controller** with strong analytical insight and solid financial experience to join our team. *What will you do on a daily basis?* * Comprehensive review of the monthly closing process. * Validation and reconciliation of financial information from various departments, ensuring consistency. * Participation in preparing and coordinating documentation required for the preparation of Annual Financial Statements. * Support in group consolidation processes, both accounting and tax-related. * Preparation of the annual budget and periodic monitoring of its execution and variances. * Preparation of financial reports and performance analysis for presentation to management. * Establishment, monitoring, and updating of KPIs to evaluate business performance. * Analysis of specific business elements requiring targeted financial assessment. * Review of financial information systems and procedures, proposing adjustments aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness. *What do we offer?* * Joining an established and growing company. * Opportunities for development and continuous learning. * Modern offices at PITA. * Free gym access on-site. * Nursery service. **Requirements:** --------------- *What are we looking for in you?* * Degree in Business Administration and Management and/or Finance and Accounting. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience performing duties similar to those described. * Strong analytical skills, rigor, and proactivity. * Proficiency in Excel.
