We want to incorporate profiles into our new Wituka store at C/ Carrera Espinel - Ronda for 20-hour weekly schedules, with rotating shifts, availability to start on November 10th, and long-term employment, who have customer service experience and a good level of English. What will your responsibilities be? Accompany customers throughout the entire sales process, advising and informing them about models and sizes, resolving issues, cash register operations, etc. Operational support in inventory management, stock control, ordering, and warehouse tasks. Maintain the store's visual presentation always neat and aligned with brand values. As the visible face of Grupo Pampling, you will be responsible for conveying our values of youthfulness, creativity, and environmental commitment during the sales process. Provide proper customer service by understanding their needs, resolving issues, and analyzing user preferences and requirements. Know the product catalog, brand identity, garment materials, sizing, shipping times, and procedures. What do we offer?
