FOR COMPANY 11/08/2026 Job Description Paul Marlex is collaborating with an industrial company specialized in the design, manufacturing, and assembly of mechanical equipment, which currently seeks to hire a Mechanical Engineer to reinforce its technical team in Sant Fruitós de Bages. What will be your mission at the company? The selected candidate will assume the following responsibilities: * Design and develop mechanical equipment, primarily using SolidWorks. * Prepare general, structural, and manufacturing drawings. * Conduct site visits for inspections, measurements, and project monitoring. * Prepare and assess budgets related to projects. * Monitor equipment manufacturing in the workshop. * Coordinate with the workshop, assemblers, and other technical team members. * Monitor and support on-site assembly activities. * Resolve technical needs and incidents arising during project development. Requirements * Qualification: Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) * Essential: You are the ideal candidate if… + You hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification. + You possess professional proficiency in SolidWorks — an essential requirement for this position. + You have knowledge and proficiency in AutoCAD, and the ability to interpret and produce mechanical and structural drawings. + You are available to conduct site visits during working hours and hold a valid driver’s license. · Prior experience in mechanical design, manufacturing of machinery or industrial equipment, metal structures, or industrial installations will be highly valued. + You are a responsible, organized, and solution-oriented individual, with initiative and the ability to work autonomously. + You communicate effectively, are eager to learn, and collaborate well within a team. + You seek a stable project and value being part of a close-knit team with a positive work environment.
