We are looking for a **Video Editor \& Motion Designer** to join our **Brand \& Image** team, with the goal of transforming audiovisual material produced by our creative team into high\-impact pieces that reflect Kave Home’s identity and visual language. The person will be responsible for leading the entire post\-production process—from editing to final delivery—ensuring the highest technical, narrative, and aesthetic quality in every piece. Their work will contribute to ensuring brand visual consistency and elevating the creative standard across all audiovisual content. **Responsibilities** * Lead audiovisual post\-production for branding, e\-commerce, social media, paid media, retail, and corporate communications—ensuring high\-quality visual and narrative execution. * Build pieces with strong narratives, enhancing storytelling and the creative intent of each project. * Perform editing, color correction, color grading, and audio treatment—ensuring aesthetic consistency and brand visual identity. * Design and integrate motion graphics, animations, and visual assets that add value, dynamism, and impact to content. * Adapt and optimize pieces for various channels, formats, and digital platforms. * Guarantee technical excellence in each production by supervising final quality before publication or delivery. * Manage and optimize post\-production workflows, project organization, and file management to ensure efficiency and scalability. * Collaborate closely with the Filmmaker and creative team to elevate the creative and visual level of productions. * Research, test, and implement new editing and post\-production techniques, tools, and trends to drive the evolution of the brand’s audiovisual language. * Meet deadlines and ensure agile, efficient project execution. **Requirements** * Prior experience as a Video Editor, Motion Designer, or in similar roles within brand environments, creative agencies, production houses, or in\-house teams. * Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve for audiovisual editing and post\-production. * High proficiency in Adobe After Effects for creating motion graphics, animations, and visual assets. * Solid knowledge of color grading and color correction—preferably using DaVinci Resolve. * Basic audio editing and mixing skills, including voice treatment, music, and sound effects. * Experience managing various formats, codecs, and exports for multiple digital platforms and channels. * Ability to efficiently organize audiovisual projects, workflows, and file management. * Excellent aesthetic sensitivity and a solid understanding of audiovisual narrative, pacing, and storytelling. * High attention to detail and strong visual judgment to ensure quality and consistency across all pieces. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet demanding deadlines. * Proactive, autonomous profile oriented toward continuous improvement—with interest in exploring new tools, trends, and audiovisual formats. * Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with multidisciplinary creative professionals. * Availability to work on\-site. **Desirable** * Prior experience working with design, lifestyle, décor, retail, or e\-commerce brands. * Knowledge of photography, visual composition, and art direction applied to audiovisual content. * Familiarity with AI\-based tools applied to editing, post\-production, and audiovisual content generation. **What do we offer?** * Join a company transforming the world of furniture and décor! * Be part of an ambitious project with significant opportunities for professional development and growth. * Enjoy a unique workspace—modern, open\-plan, and sustainable offices. * Fresh fruit available every morning.
