BeFind, a Personnel Selection Consulting firm, is seeking a **CNC Lathe Operator** with programming experience for a company located in **Algemesí, Valencia**, specializing in toolmaking and precision machining. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Management and supervision of the lathe team. * Handling potential breakdowns (on-site technical support for various machines). * Development and optimization of machining and manufacturing processes. * Participation in machining cost calculations for budget preparation. * Collaboration with other departments to ensure product quality and precision. * Project supervision from inception to final delivery, including raw material management and preparation. * Responsibility for the tool storage warehouse. * Maintenance to ensure proper machine operation. * Training of apprentices. * Ensuring quality and quantity of finished products. * Monitoring timelines and processes. * Workshop opening and closing. **What do we expect from you?** * Higher Vocational Training Degree in Machining or a Mechanical Engineering degree. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within machining sectors. * Knowledge of CMZ lathes with FANUC CNC systems. * In-depth knowledge of cutting tools, cutting conditions, and machining strategies. Comprehensive understanding of the entire machining process and coordination between engineering and production departments. * High-level ability to interpret technical drawings, solid models, and 3D geometry. * Experience in the automotive, electromedical, or similar sectors. **What do we offer?** - Working hours: Rotating shifts. - Salary: €27,000–€30,000 gross per year. - Benefits: Productivity bonus and annual bonuses.
