YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES* Design and lead the development of the medium- and long-term corporate strategic plan, ensuring alignment with the organization's vision and objectives. * Drive cross-functional strategic thinking, promoting long-term perspectives across all business areas. * Identify, prioritize, and align strategic opportunities with key growth, efficiency, and future positioning objectives. * Monitor market trends, industry evolution, and competitor moves, providing analysis and early warnings to support decision-making. * Coordinate and follow up on key strategic projects, working closely with members of the Executive Committee and other relevant departments. * Prepare senior management materials (presentations, reports, decision documents) on corporate development topics or ad hoc initiatives. ABOUT YOU Higher university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or similar. MBA or master’s degree in strategy, finance, or international business is a plus. 4 to 8 years of experience in highly analytical environments, such as:* Strategic consulting or Corporate Strategy / Corporate Development departments in large companies, ideally within the Retail sector.
