Job Summary: We are seeking an electromechanic for preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery, incident diagnosis, and continuous improvement of equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery. 2. Diagnosis and resolution of electrical/electronic incidents. 3. Collaboration and management in maintenance to optimize resources. We need a person to work as an electromechanic in a metal-sector company located in Sallent. Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery, diagnosis and resolution of electrical or electronic incidents, and support in technical inspections for continuous equipment improvement. Daily collaboration with the maintenance manager is also required, assuming greater responsibilities in management, task planning, and performance indicator tracking. In addition, coordination with other departments is carried out, and process improvements are proposed to optimize resources. The contract is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a rotating morning and afternoon shift, with rest periods established by law. * Prior experience in an industrial environment. * We seek a proactive individual with a willingness to learn, ability to work in a team, and long-term development potential. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * A vehicle is required for commuting. Fluent spoken and written Spanish and/or Catalan. * Vocational Training Certificate (GM/GS) in Electricity, Electronics, Automation, or related field. \- Knowledge of industrial electrical/electronic maintenance. \-
