Job Summary: We are seeking a physiotherapist to conduct functional assessments, design individualized programs, maintain mobility, and rehabilitate residents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and implementation of individualized physiotherapy programs 2. Coordination with a multidisciplinary team 3. Promotion of autonomy in daily activities We are looking for a physiotherapist for our centers, offering a full-time employment contract (1772 hours/year), initially for 6 months with potential extension to an indefinite-term contract. Functional and physical assessment of residents. Design and implementation of individualized physiotherapy programs. Maintenance and improvement of mobility, strength, balance, and coordination. Fall prevention and prevention of functional decline. Treatment of muscular and joint pain, and pathologies of the locomotor system. Rehabilitation following surgery, fractures, stroke, or other illnesses. Delivery of manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and physiotherapy techniques. Gait training and use of assistive devices (e.g., canes, walkers). Prevention of stiffness, contractures, and complications arising from immobility. Promotion of autonomy in activities of daily living. Development of group-based therapeutic exercise and physical maintenance activities. Coordination with the multidisciplinary team (e.g., physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, caregivers). Monitoring and documentation of residents’ functional progress. Provision of guidance to residents, families, and staff regarding safe patient handling and postural care. * Diploma in Physiotherapy * Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy * Temporary employment contract (12 months) * Full-time work schedule
