We are looking for a person with experience and/or skills to fill a position focused on individuals. We seek a profile autonomous in carrying out their tasks, organized, responsible, committed to the project, resourceful and proactive. It is important that they are oriented towards teamwork, creative, adaptable, with strong communication skills, analytical and critical thinking, high emotional management skills, and accustomed to goal-oriented work and strategic planning. Advanced user-level computer skills are also required (GIA, Galileu, Excel, Word, email, web browsing, etc.). Essential requirements: \- University degree in Psychology, Pedagogy and/or Psychopedagogy, or university studies in the social field. \- Minimum 2 years of experience in direct intervention with young people under 24 years old. \- Knowledge and application of competence-based and life project orientation methodology. \- Experience (or accredited knowledge) in projects with SOC and the European Social Fund (ESF) will be positively valued. We offer \- Contract: Temporary replacement for approximately 3 months. \- Full working day: 38.5 weekly hours, consisting of 5 mornings and 2 afternoons. \- Gross salary of 2,405€/month for 12 payments.\- Workplace: Camp de Tarragona \- Tasks involving information, guidance and support for the labour inclusion and/or return to the formal education system of young people aged between 16 and 24 enrolled in Youth Guarantee. \- Individual and group support, with experience in group facilitation and tutorial action techniques. \- Knowledge of teaching methods and main job search techniques, as well as of the current education system. \- We need a person with deep understanding of adolescent developmental stages and familiarity with managing experiential, motivational, and competency identification, recovery, and transfer dynamics. * Experience 2 years. Minimum 2 years of experience in direct intervention with young people under 24 years old. * University studies in pedagogy * University studies in psychology * University studies in the social area * Skills / knowledge: Advanced computer skills (GIA, Galileu, Excel, Word, Email, Web browsing,...), fluent spoken and written Catalan and Spanish at advanced level. * Vehicle availability * Temporary employment contract (3 months) * Full-time * Monthly gross salary ranging from '1800' to '2000'
