At Anthesis, we are the sustainability activation team! We work to drive the transition towards a more sustainable world. Through innovative projects, we advise companies, institutions, and communities to implement responsible practices that minimise environmental impact and foster a greener future. Environmental education is a cornerstone of our work, as we believe awareness-raising and training are key to generating long-term positive change. Through our educational programmes, we reach schools, civic centres, and organisations to promote active and participatory ecological awareness. Our mission is to empower agents of change. We equip people with the knowledge, skills, and mindset needed to actively contribute to positive transformations within their organisations, communities, and the world. Through customised workshops, gamified solutions, and tailor-made online learning, we empower teams, suppliers, and communities to drive sustainable change. Join our team of Environmental Educators and become part of an educational programme aimed at promoting fruit and vegetable consumption among primary school children, helping them learn healthy, sustainable, and environmentally responsible eating habits from an early age. **Where will you work?** Your workplace will be itinerant across various centres in the province of Tarragona. **What type of contract do we offer?** Fixed-term discontinuous contract. **What will your working hours and schedule be?** o You will join the team from 19/01/2026 to 15/04/2026. o Part-time schedule of 27.5 weekly hours, distributed from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (with occasional afternoon activities). **What will your duties and responsibilities be?** * **Workshop Design and Delivery:** **Facilitate** and **deliver** educational/leisure workshops and activities, ensuring quality, appeal, and achievement of established objectives. * **Activity Evaluation and Analysis:** **Systematically evaluate** delivered activities, analysing results and impact to propose continuous improvements. * **Resource and Logistics Management:** **Monitor** and **manage** stocks of materials and resources required for optimal activity delivery, anticipating needs and placing orders when necessary. * **Communication and Incident Resolution:** **Manage communication** with participants/other departments and **effectively and promptly resolve** incidents or issues arising during activity implementation. * **Internal Coordination:** **Actively attend** periodic internal coordination meetings, providing relevant information and collaborating on the strategic planning of the area. **What are we looking for?** A leisure activity monitor qualification is mandatory. * Your ideal academic background includes a degree, bachelor’s, or diploma in: Human Nutrition and Dietetics, Food Science and Technology, Pedagogy, Psychopedagogy, Social Work or Social Education, Primary Education Teaching, or equivalent fields. * Prior experience delivering workshops or educational activities—especially with school-age audiences or similar tasks—is highly valued. * Fluency in Catalan and Spanish. * A clean criminal record certificate for sexual offences. * To carry out the required itinerant travel, you must hold a valid driving licence (category B1) and have access to your own vehicle. * Preference will be given to candidates residing in the province of Tarragona. **Competencies and skills:** * Dynamism and proactivity. * Autonomy and responsibility. * Emotional intelligence and assertiveness. * Teamwork and cooperation. * Flexibility and adaptability to change. * Proactivity and personal empowerment. * Interest and motivation for learning and disseminating content. * Critical thinking and scientific rigour. **What does it mean to work at Anthesis?** It means becoming part of a **B Corp™ certified consultancy**, where sustainability is not just a word but a daily action.
