With a focus on providing an exceptional customer experience, LEVEL is committed to delivering top\-notch service and exceeding the expectations of their passengers **Job Purpose** The objective of the LEVEL Revenue Management team is to maximise revenue per seat flown by optimising pricing and inventory in a competitive environment. The team's primary responsibility is to meet targets by determining the right price at any time, for any product and customer type. Part of the daily challenge is the continuous search for process improvements and market insights to identify revenue opportunities. **Main Responsibilities \- Tasks** * Define the pricing and inventory strategy for each route by season and point of sale. Updating the strategy based on results and market analysis. * Monitor competition in terms of tactical pricing and product offering. * Set overbooking parameters to generate additional revenue from no show passengers. * Generate a revenue forecast for each route to define strategy changes and alert other teams. * Support the area with various analyses based on identified commercial opportunities. * Define the prices for the sales campaigns and coordinate the strategy with the Marketing/Commerce department according to the needs of each route.
