We show you here in this video: **Responsibilities and Mission** The **In-Store Customer Project Coordinator** will be responsible for ensuring and controlling the quality of customer renovation projects, acting as their main contact to achieve customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities** **Customer/Resident Relationship** * Accompany the customer throughout all phases of the renovation project, from coordination with various project advisors (planning renovations involving two or more trades), to managing after-sales issues. * Monitor at the customer's home the timely and proper execution of the work process and installers. * Advise the customer on legal procedures required for project execution. **Quality and Efficiency** * Ensure the efficient execution of the customer’s renovation project by supporting them during measurement of major renovations, planning, timely delivery of goods, meeting deadlines, etc. * Verify and certify installations regarding adherence to scheduled timelines, budgets, quality of finish, professionalism, installer conduct, and final site cleanliness. * Monitor the quality level of installers, provide feedback to the Service Manager, and propose improvement actions. **Project Advisor Management** * Act as the main contact and technical support for the store’s Customer Project Advisors. **Cross-functional Management** * Manage and actively participate in cross-departmental projects within the group, ensuring compliance with assigned objectives at any given time. **Demonstrable Requirements** * Minimum of 2 years of prior experience is required. * Good knowledge of office software tools. **What We Offer?** **Our Purpose** ===================== At Leroy Merlin, we have a purpose that gives meaning to who we are and everything we do—a guiding principle that represents our commitment to you and to the planet.
