Description
Provide first-level support, maintain full operational functionality of the Resort's operating systems (both parks and hotels), and execute opening, closing, and integration processes of these systems with the corporate management system. Execute and validate results of process chains according to procedures and action guidelines previously established by the Head of the Systems Department.
Project development responsibilities.
* Keep execution procedures for process chains up to date.
* Accurately know the configuration of all installed equipment.
* Monitor performance and operational metrics of installed hardware.
Operational responsibilities.
* Execute work requests according to the established schedule.
* Monitor peripheral devices (printers, laptops, tablets, etc.).
* Execute processes according to the established schedule.
* Monitor consoles of various systems/environments and act based on failure severity and impact.
* Perform system startup/shutdown activities in accordance with established procedures.
* Immediately report anomalies or potential failures occurring during task execution to supervisors.
* Execute process chains and/or initialization, integration, and shutdown applications for systems according to predefined procedures.
* Initialize systems and terminate their operation in compliance with established regulations.
* Identify anomalies arising during task execution and implement necessary preventive and corrective measures to restore service.
* Manage and perform data, program, and other software backups for Resort systems.
* Handle and manage devices and peripherals integral to each system.
* Address, resolve, or escalate incidents reported by various users through the Resort’s first-level remote support systems (Helpdesk).
* Comply with Cybersecurity requirements.
Other associated responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations and propose improvements in this area.
* Ensure compliance with applicable legal regulations governing the Company.
* Promote and improve the Company’s environmental impact by encouraging sound environmental practices.
* Promote and support initiatives enhancing employee wellbeing and improving customer experience.
* Communicate the Company’s values and purpose.
Requirements
Education:
Required:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Network Systems Administration, or equivalent qualifications within the Information and Communications Technology professional field.
* Technical-level English proficiency.
Experience:
* Two years’ experience in similar roles is desirable. For internal promotions, other technology-related experience within the Company is also valued.
