Job Summary: Technical support in inspection tasks, report drafting, subsidy processing, and construction work monitoring for young people. Key Highlights: 1. Support during inspections of incidents and municipal construction works. 2. Drafting of technical reports and processing of subsidies. 3. ARCHITECT position to work in the municipality of Santa Margarida de Montbui (Barcelona), under a one-year full-time employment contract. Applicants for subsidized employment contracts must meet the following requirements: \- Be beneficiaries of the National Youth Guarantee System. \- Be under 30 years of age. \- Be registered as unemployed job seekers (DONO) with the Public Employment Service of Catalonia and possess the capacity to formalize a training employment contract for the acquisition of professional practice at the time of signing. \- Hold one of the following qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Architecture and Building Construction, Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or Bachelor’s Degree in Energy and Sustainability Engineering. All requirements and conditions must be verifiable on the business day immediately preceding the start date of the contract. The selected candidate will perform the following tasks: Support during inspections of incidents/construction works on public roads and municipal facilities, and inspections of family rehousing units. Drafting of technical reports of various types, requesting quotations, processing and monitoring subsidies, and monitoring both minor and major external construction works. Random inspections of construction notifications, support in drafting tasks, and preparation of construction project documentation. * Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture * Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Architecture and Building Construction * Civil Engineering * Spanish (advanced spoken and written proficiency) * Catalan (advanced spoken and written proficiency) * Temporary employment contract (12 months) * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: 2061 * Additional relevant information: Full-time schedule (37.5 hours/week), working hours from 8:00 to 15:00, plus one afternoon.
