**The role \- your passion**
As **Regional Fleet Condition Lead,** you will be the regional orchestrator of all repair planning and scheduling activities. You will work closely with Regional Technicians, Damage Control Managers, Station Managers, Fleet Management, and Revenue teams. You will report directly to the Setup Lead Fleet Condition Management and collaborate with the Maintenance and Repair Market Lead.
You will mentor Regional Fleet Condition Managers and indirectly guide Station Fleet Condition Managers across your market, ensuring our fleet is always ready to hit the road \- efficient, safe, and available.
* Coordinate all maintenance and repair scheduling activities across your market, aligned with budget, station capacity, and vehicle availability targets.
