Systems Technical Coordinator

Description

At Accude, we are seeking a Systems Technical Coordinator with a minimum of 3 years of experience (within the last 5 years) leading IT projects and performing technical coordination tasks. Main Responsibilities: * Technical and IT project coordination. * Incident management and remote support. * System administration and mass deployment. * Automation of operational processes. Essential Requirements * Education: Degree in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering. * Languages: B1 level English (certification required). * Availability: Immediate start. Technical Competencies: * Operating Systems: Windows 10/11, Mac OS, Active Directory (domains, users, groups, policies), TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS. * Technologies: SCCM / MECM, Intune, MDT / WSUS, GPOs. * Automation: PowerShell (Advanced level), VBS. * Development: Knowledge of C, C\#, JavaScript, SQL, MySQL (Intermediate\-Advanced level). * Hardware: Component- and peripheral-level diagnostics and maintenance. * Management: Microsoft Project and efficient problem identification. Interpersonal Skills We seek a patient, empathetic individual with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and strong interpersonal abilities for managing users and corporate environments.
