**Position Type:**
We are seeking a Systems Engineer with experience in technological projects within the Defense sector, to participate in the analysis, definition, management, and validation of complex systems, ensuring correct traceability among requirements, architecture, and testing throughout the entire development lifecycle.
The candidate will join multidisciplinary teams and collaborate on international projects related to defense and communications systems.
Responsibilities
Define, analyze, and manage system requirements.
Ensure traceability among requirements, architecture, and verification and validation activities.
Develop system and product test specifications.
Prepare technical documentation associated with various development phases (PDR, CDR, TRR, and FDR).
Plan and execute functional system tests.
Analyze consistency between defined requirements and test results.
Participate in defining system architecture and solutions.
Collaborate with international engineering teams throughout the full development lifecycle.
Stay up to date with new technologies and trends in the defense sector.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent.
At least 4 years of experience in Systems Engineering within technological or Defense projects.
**Experience in:**
System architecture.
Requirements management and analysis.
Requirements traceability and consistency.
Definition of system testing.
Execution of functional testing.
Preparation of technical development documentation (PDR, CDR, TRR, and FDR).
Advanced use of IBM DOORS for requirements management.
Experience with project management tools.
High level of English (spoken and written).
Willingness to travel.
