Join our team as a Home Insurance Claims Handler, providing high-quality support and service to our policyholders. #### **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Process home insurance claims files based on policyholders’ policies. * Coordinate the dispatch of necessary professionals for resolution and remotely monitor completed work. * Deliver empathetic, solution-oriented, and professional customer service to our insured clients. * Track cases through an IT system, resolve incidents, and manage them until closure. * Manage incoming calls from our policyholders, provide solutions, and process their claim reports. #### **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR** * A team of professionals delivering personalized telephone assistance to policyholders, managing, processing, and monitoring home insurance claims with a SPIRIT OF HELPING, COMMITMENT, AND RESPONSIBILITY. * Individuals with strong communication skills and customer orientation. * Basic computer literacy. * Prior experience of at least 2\-3 years processing home insurance claims. #### **BENEFITS AND CONDITIONS** * INDEFINITE CONTRACT \- Location: Remote work from home; in-person work at the chosen office location \- Tres Cantos or Alcorcón * Hybrid work model (remote + in-office): 3 remote days per week and 2 in-office days. * Fixed shifts of 40 weekly hours, Monday to Sunday, split shifts.
