At **UNIR** (Proeduca Group), we are looking for a **Student Support Manager** to join our **Student Support Team.**
**What will you do?**
* Provide personalized support to students through multiple channels: phone, email, and chat.
* Manage and record all interactions in the CRM, ensuring efficient follow-up and excellence in service delivery.
* Lead key administrative processes such as enrollments, document management, and incident resolution, guaranteeing a seamless experience for students.
* Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and improve student satisfaction.
**What are we looking for?**
* Exceptional communication skills—both oral and written—to connect clearly and empathetically with students.
* University degree or higher vocational training.
* Minimum 6 months of experience in telephone customer support environments handling high call volumes.
* Passion for education and social impact, with a solution-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.

**We currently have two positions open:**
**Part-time (temporary maternity cover):** Mon–Thu, 6:00–10:00 PM | Fri, 5:00–8:00 PM.
**Full-time:** Mon–Tue, 12:15–9:00 PM | Wed–Thu–Fri, 12:30–9:00 PM.
