**Oxigent Technologies** is seeking a **Data Engineer** to participate in a **project for capturing, moving, and integrating industrial signals** from physical assets into **Edge and Cloud architectures**, located in **Madrid**.
If selected, your **mission** will be to **lead the data flow from the plant to the cloud**, designing the architecture that connects physical assets with analytical optimization models.
What will be your main responsibilities?
* **Design and execute industrial ETL/ELT processes** on-site, **from the edge to the cloud.**
* **Aggregate and normalize data** originating from OT edge systems for efficient and secure transmission to cloud platforms.
* **Integrate data streams with corporate Data Lakes**, ensuring strict control over data traceability.
* **Coordinate with OT teams** to absolutely minimize impact on the plant’s production operations.
What qualifications do you need?
* Degree in **Computer Engineering** or equivalent.
* **Over 5 years of experience** as a Data Engineer in an industrial context.
* Experience with **OT-IT data pipelines** and integrations from **PLCs**, **SCADAs**, **Historians**, **computer vision systems**, etc.
* Technical proficiency in **Python, SQL, lightweight Spark, APIs, MQTT/HTTP, Data Lake, TSDB, and Cloud environments** (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
* **English level B2** (for communication in international settings).
