Job Summary: IAPsolutions is seeking a Chatbot Engineer to develop a voice assistant in the telecommunications sector, providing advisory services, creating technical materials, and participating in the evolution of the service. Active participation in the evolution of the service. **IAP****solutions** is an innovative company specializing in the development of advanced engineering projects, participating in high-technology initiatives where it provides flexibility in the outsourcing strategy for major clients. We are recruiting a Chatbot Engineer to collaborate on the development of a well-known Voice Assistant for a Telecommunications company. Your responsibilities will include: * Providing advice or guidance to service users on how to design their solutions or use cases. * Creating and disseminating technical materials for developers, including practical guides, reference architectures, code examples, webinars, and training sessions. * Sharing your expertise and passion by actively participating in events, delivering training sessions, and producing technical content for developers. * Acting as the voice of various internal developer teams during product discussions, evaluating bug priorities and feature requests. * Actively participating in the core evolution of the service and/or its extensions or specific use cases. Offered: **Permanent contract.** **Location:** The project headquarters is in Alcobendas (Madrid), but remote work is possible until it is safe to return to the offices. **Working hours:** Monday to Thursday, from 8–9 a.m. (flexible start time) until 5:30/6:30 p.m.; Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. **Start date:** November 2020. **Annual gross salary (SBA):** €40,000 ##### **Requirements** **Minimum requirements** Experience required in: * Programming in Node.js + TypeScript and/or Python as programming languages. * Microsoft Azure Bot Service and cognitive services such as Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services. * Familiarity with agile methodologies and Git. General knowledge of BDD (MongoDB) and scripting. * Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
