You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure a smooth monthly forecasting process and contribute to the S\&OP cycle.** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **You’ll:** ----------- * **Prepare and maintain 18\-month demand forecasts using statistical models and stakeholder input.** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Gather and analyze market data, sales plans, promotions, and trends to inform forecasting.** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Facilitate monthly demand meetings and drive consensus with Sales \& Marketing.** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Monitor forecast accuracy and bias, and propose improvements.** ----------------------------------------------------------------- * **Collaborate with Customer Service and key customer planning teams.** ---------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Alert stakeholders to stock risks and support optimal inventory planning.** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Participate in projects to improve forecast reliability and planning tools.** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Who we’re looking for** ------------------------- **We’re looking for someone who is analytical, collaborative, and ready to** **Own this role****.
