We reimagine the possible across the nuclear industry every day. ### **About the role:** As a Product Development Specialist you will contribute to the development of internal communication within the AI and Innovation sector and enhance its visibility across the company. You will design and implement targeted training programs to support innovation initiatives, identify critical and disruptive technologies, evaluate their potential, and prioritize their advancement within the innovation funnel, support strategic understanding and cross\-continental collaboration in a context of organizational transformation. You will report to the Sr. Manager, Innovation Methods, Processes, Training, and Communications and be located at Madrid. Hybrid work schedule. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Produce deliverables such as: + Technology and business memos. + B1 (opportunity) and B2 (business case) documents. + External creativity sessions (OPEN / EXPLORE / CLOSE). + External funding application files. + Pitch sessions and partner scouting. * Internal communication within the Innovation sector: + Create and develop dedicated communication channels such as Newsletters, internal social media channels, organization of conferences and meetings. + Promote innovation projects Enhancement of Innovation sector visibility. ### **Qualifications:** * Bachelors required, Master of Science in a relevant discipline or MBA valuable. * 2\+ years of specific work experience. \#LI\-Hybrid ### **Why Westinghouse?** We know that to put forth your best effort, you need to be challenged and enjoy what you do in a supportive and respectful environment.
