We are seeking a committed, solution-oriented **PCI Installation Technician** eager to join a specialized team. You will be responsible for installing and commissioning active Fire Protection Systems, ensuring the highest technical quality, regulatory compliance, and on-site safety.
Key Responsibilities
* **PCI Systems Installation**: Execute assembly and installation of active fire protection systems in accordance with established technical and quality standards.
* **Drawing and Layout Interpretation**: Analyze project technical documentation and perform on-site layout planning and material take-offs.
* **Pipe Handling and Assembly**: Work with various materials such as black steel, galvanized steel, PEAD, or PVC, using specialized machinery for machining, threading, and grooving.
* **Testing and Commissioning**: Conduct necessary verifications to ensure proper operation of installed systems.
* **Safety and Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure adherence to Occupational Risk Prevention measures and current Fire Protection regulations.
Profile Requirements
* Minimum **2 years** of experience in a similar role.
* Prior experience with fire protection system installation companies.
* Medium-level Vocational Training in related technical fields (Electromechanical Maintenance, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Installations, Heat Production Installations, or equivalent).
* Knowledge of active Fire Protection Systems.
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction documentation.
* Experience operating installation machinery and specialized tools.
* Knowledge of Occupational Risk Prevention regulations.
* License for operating elevated work platforms (desirable).
* **60-hour PRL Training / Preventive Resource Certification** (desirable).
* Training compliant with **RIPCI (RD 513/2017\)** (desirable).
* Valid driver’s license.
