Responsibilities: Gather requirements from key users and translate them into efficient processes. Model processes in BPMN and manage internal regulations. Publish documentation, coordinate translations and provide user support. Develop training materials and monitor key areas such as Finance, HR, Occupational Health and Safety, Security, Environment, among others.
